Although we offer a variety of training and coaching programs some companies demand that we compose programs that are tailored to their specific situation and needs. In such cases we work closely with executives responsible for areas like sales, marketing, human resources, and product marketing. The focus on selling value is always a core demand – also sales psychology, body language, emotional intelligence, and other “soft” topics are high on all our customers’ wish list. Everybody wants to know more about how to build strong relationships with customers, and about why it is so important to sell value, how to create value, and to strengthen their ability to communicate value.
